By downloading, installing or using the Services you accept these Terms and any applicable third‑party terms. If you disagree, stop using the Services immediately.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms by reference and explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data, including photos and videos. Please review it for details.

3. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect when required by law. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

4. Your Use of the Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App, subject to these Terms and applicable laws. You agree not to:

Prohibited activities (high level)

Use the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of others' rights.
Create or upload content that is pornographic, violent, hateful, or promotes illegal activity.
Generate misleading deepfakes or impersonate others without consent.
Infringe third‑party intellectual property rights.

Technical and security prohibitions

Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the App except as explicitly allowed.
Scrape, data‑mine, or extract data using automated tools.
Bypass any security or content‑protection features.
Interfere with the integrity or performance of our systems.

5. Subscription

We offer paid subscription plans (e.g., Basic and Ultra) that unlock additional features, credits, and limits. Key points:

Free trials may be offered for certain plans; unless cancelled, trials auto-convert to paid subscriptions.
Premium subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Cancellations stop future renewals but do not usually result in refunds for the current billing period.
If purchased via Google Play, manage or cancel via your Google Play Subscriptions page.

6. User-Generated & AI-Generated Content

6.1 Content types

The App supports uploading, storing, and generating content such as photos, videos, and AI-generated images and video.

6.2 Ownership

You retain ownership of your UGC and AIGC, subject to any third‑party rights in inputs you provide.

6.3 License to operate the Service

By uploading or creating content you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, display, reproduce, and modify that content for providing, operating, improving, and securing the Service. This license ends when you delete the content, except for shared content and anonymized analytics.

6.4 AI training

We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

6.5 Your responsibilities

Ensure content does not infringe third-party rights.
Do not upload harmful code or non-consensual intimate images.
Comply with applicable laws.

6.6 Content disclaimer & removal

All UGC/AIGC are the responsibility of their creators. We may review and remove content that violates these Terms. We are not liable for user-created content.

7. Intellectual Property

We own the App's intellectual property — code, design, UI, and other proprietary elements. You may not use our brand elements without prior written permission. You retain rights to your uploaded content, subject to third-party rights and these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for Premium services during the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or content you provide — except claims solely caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or legal risk. Termination does not limit obligations that survive (e.g., sections on warranties, liability, and indemnity).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the substantive laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is located.
